Olaf Pruckner is responsible for creating a very important link to Hofgut Hermersberg. He has charge of the product and quality management that interlink the bakery, farm shop and retailers. He also looks after the marketing of our meat, plus the Demeter certification and farm shop promotions.
With one Michelin star and 16 points in the Gault et Millau guide he made his presence felt at the “Altes Amthaus” hotel in Ailringen, where he was executive chef up to 2015. Today he brings his passion for consciously using sustainably produced food to Hofgut Hermersberg. We give him three stars for that!
